The initial activation fee is included with the purchase of the DigitalB device at no additional cost. However, if you cancel your service, or let your subscription lapse, you will be charged a $150 reactivation fee. We will send you an email reminder 30 days prior to expiration to access the control panel to renew.

Subscriptions do not automatically renew by default, but there is a setting in your portal to auto-renew your subscription, should you want that option.
