In order to make an online account, you will need to locate the activation code which begins with a “H-”. Example: H-12345678.
Next, go to portal.digitalb.net from any web browser. Next, click “+ Create Your Account”. This will prompt you to enter your provided activation code. You will be taken to your new account portal.
